Requirements:

Apache, IIS, Web Service, IE, and FireFox.
Familiar with the architecture of Wikipedia, YouTube, search engines, and HTTP.

Proficient in C/C++, Apache, HTTP Lite, Windows Mobile (WinCE SmartPhone, Pocket PC 2003/2005).
