ieHIP® Digital Signage Powers Giant LED Display
Philippines - A5TEK's ieHIP® Digital Signage has gone outdoors with the
recent installation of a giant LED screen on one of the Philippines'
busiest business districts. The three by four-meter LED display strategically
installed on the far-northern junction of Ayala Business Park in Cebu engages
incoming and outgoing motorists and public transports as well as vehicles
passing thru the west road.
"Digital signage messaging or advertising is a growing area in the Philippines
not only because it is cost-efficient but it has proven its reliability and
impact to targeted markets." says Francis Dy, president of A5Com Inc, A5TEK's
Philippine affiliate. "We found that many companies find digital sign-based
advertising as a practical solution to optimize campaign money especially at
this time where markets have slowed down. There is no better way to reach
markets cost-reasonably and effectively than
digital signage." Dy adds.

also reckons "Digital signage is no longer an alternative campaign
vechicle. The acceptance and maturity of digital signage technology
in countries where digital signage was once perceived as ostentatious
investment, has now become a powerful vehicle for cost-conscious
markets like the Philippines."
Lee also commends A5Com for taking the lead to offer A5TEK's digital
signage technology in that part of Southeast Asia. "I am very pleased
with this transformation. On-premise installations have not only increased
in the Philippines, installations have become bigger this time."
The large-format LED display is a joint undertaking of
